FINE ART APPRAISALS

What is an appraisal? According to The Appraisal Foundation Board, an appraisal is “the act or process of developing an opinion of value; an opinion of value.” An appraisal report is a written document that states an opinion of how much a property is specifically worth in a particular context.

As a qualified appraiser, I will conduct proper research, follow current appraisal methodology, and objectively report the value conclusions. I'll provide useful information that may impact how you view and treat your property.

In simple terms, I'll answer the question, “What’s it worth?”

Our fine art appraisal services include:

  • Paintings

  • Sculptures

  • Prints

  • Drawings

  • Photography
